Wall Plugs are fibre / plastic fasteners used to affix screws into the wall by creating a better gripping base. They are commonly branded as Rawl Plugs, Anchor Plugs, Plastic Gitti by manufacturers in India. These plugs can be used to insert screws inside woods, tiles, plasterboards, bricks, or concrete walls. It is advisable to use wall plugs while hanging a heavier object otherwise it can damage your wall. Wall plugs are the essential hardware accessory found in an electrician or carpenter’s tool-kit.
We manufacture two types of wall plugs one with a round-base while another one with a square-base. Our wall plugs are available in 5 different sizes to suit a wide range of applications and requirements. Wall plugs are commonly known as Rawal Plugs in India. This colloquial name comes from the name of the company that first started selling it. The Wall Plug was invented by John Joseph Rawlings in 1911 and marketed under the name Rawlplug.

Our wall plugs come with side bird-locks. When the screw is inserted into the hole, bird-locks expands and fits tightly into the hole. This prevents the wall plug from being easily retracted from the wall while fixing the screw.

USAGE, DESIGN, AND APPLICATION
You can easily install wall plugs in a few simple steps. All you need is a drilling machine, the right set of a wall plug and a masonry screw.
First, decide where you want to fix the wall plug. Also, ensure that the place is safe to proceed. Measure the size of the wall plug by holding wall plug along the drilling machine. The size of the hole should be slightly more than that of the wall plug. Start drilling the hole with a low to high drill power.
After making the hole, insert the wall plug into the wall cavity with your fingers. If necessary, you can also use a hammer.
After that, a screw is tightened inside the wall plug to ensure a better grip. It extends the wall plug and fits tightly in the hole. Wall plugs help to connect two objects when screws, nails, adhesives, or other simple fasteners are impractical or ineffective.
